Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects in Singapore. You will plan schedules, allocate manpower, oversee procurement, and coordinate with contractors, consultants and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will review drawings, manage site activities, and resolve cross-discipline issues while ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of Singapore MEP project management experience.
• Experience with MEP subcontractors is required.
• Strong experience in new building and A&A projects.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and local regulations.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management documentation.

Responsibilities
