Job summary

JAC Recruitment Consultant Singapore is recruiting for a well-established technology services company to fill a six-month agency contract role focused on infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include preparing business cases and funding proposals, presenting to governance committees, managing end-to-end change governance, and obtaining required sign-offs before deployment, with reporting to Head Office.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years’ experience as Project Manager or Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong experience in project governance, approvals, and change management.
• Good understanding of SDLC and IT project delivery for infrastructure projects.

This is a 6-month agency contract role (extendable / renewable)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Atleat 8 years' experience as Project Manager, Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services environment.

• Strong experience in project governance, approvals, and change management.

• Good understanding of SDLC and IT project delivery for infrastructure projects.

• Hands‑on with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent preferred.

• Strong stakeholder management.
