Job summary

SINGAPORE AQUA PTE. LTD. is seeking a project lead to drive end-to-end execution of water infrastructure projects in Singapore.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee planning, coordination, and on-site delivery. You will supervise construction activities, ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health regulations, and develop quality assurance programs. Additionally, you will monitor progress against budgets, manage subcontractor contracts, and prepare detailed progress

• Plan, organise, control, and direct construction activities to ensure timely, safe delivery within budget.
• Coordinate with developers, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, and establish quality assurance programs.

Job description

Reporting to the Managing Director and interfacing with project consultants. The duties are focused on the end-to-end execution of a project, encompassing technical, financial, and regulatory compliance:

• 1. Project Planning and Coordination: Plan, organise, control, and direct construction activities to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate with external stakeholders, including developers, subcontractors, and authorities.
• 2. Site Supervision and Quality Control: Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and establishing quality assurance programs.
• 3. Financial and Administrative Management: Monitor project progress against established budgets, manage subcontractor contracts, and prepare detailed progress reports.
