• Manage procurement processes to source materials and services cost-effectively and on schedule.
• Maintain accurate documentation and organize files to support project tracking and compliance.
• Oversee worker management and welfare to promote a safe, productive, and motivated workforce.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure construction standards and client requirements are met.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance to minimize risks and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support management in business operations related to construction projects to enhance overall project success.
• Assist with cost control, budgeting, and financial monitoring to optimize project expenditures.
• Execute additional duties assigned by the Director or Management to support company operations.
