Job summary

BUILDSTAR CONTRACTOR PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Site Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager across multiple functions, including planning, site execution, and risk control, ensuring alignment with project goals.

You will monitor schedules, liaise with clients and consultants, enforce safety and quality on site, and take on additional duties as required by management. This role is based on site in Singapore and offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic construction team.

Responsibilities

• Report and assist Project Manager on project functions including project management, site management, and risk control to meet goals.
• Monitor development schedule and manage day-to-day operations, coordinating activities with other Contractors.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and target completion date.
• Liaise with Client’s Representatives, Consultants and/or Contractors and attend regular meetings to ensure progress on schedule.
• Oversee quality control and safety on site, ensure Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) practices are carried out at all time and identify high risks safety hazard activities before construction and approval of Method Statements.
• Be responsible for any other duties assigned by management.

• Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with Contractual requirements and target completion date is met;

• Liaise with Client’s Representatives, Consultants and/or Contractors engaged on the project and attend regular meetings so as to ensure the progress is on schedule;

• Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site and to ensure Environmental, Safety & Health (EHS) practices are carried out at all time and identify high risks safety hazard activities before construction and approval of Method Statements;

• Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
