Job summary

QUALITY WORK INTERIOR PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Project Manager to lead construction ventures in Singapore. You will plan, coordinate and drive projects from inception through completion, aligning with drawings, specs, and client expectations.

You will monitor progress, schedules, manpower, safety, quality and budget, liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Monitor project progress, work schedules, manpower deployment and site activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise site teams and ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor project costs, materials, resources and overall project budget.
• Review project plans, drawings and technical requirements and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve site issues.
• Ensure that construction works comply with relevant safety requirements, quality standards and statutory regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship, quality and progress.
• Identify potential project delays or issues and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, schedules and other relevant records.
• Assist in procurement and coordination of construction materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline, budget and required quality standards.
