Job summary

RSKV Engineering & Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator in Singapore to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily construction activities ensuring adherence to schedules and operational needs.

You will allocate manpower, equipment, vehicles, materials, and other resources for project operations, while closely coordinating with clients, main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor day-to-day construction project activities to ensure works are carried out according to project schedules and operational requirements.
• Coordinate and allocate manpower, equipment, vehicles, materials and other resources required for project operations.
• Monitor site progress and work schedules, identify delays or operational issues, and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions with the relevant project personnel.
• Coordinate closely with clients, main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams on daily project requirements.
• Attend project coordination meetings, site meetings and progress meetings, and follow up on outstanding project matters.
• Supervise and coordinate project personnel and subcontractors to ensure work activities are carried out efficiently and according to project requirements.
