Job summary

JIRUI ELECTRONICS TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a project coordinator to manage manpower and equipment, read construction drawings, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

You will prepare documentation, reports, and coordinate with procurement, HR and administration for smooth operations. The role involves liaising with clients and stakeholders, addressing site issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and accurate delivery orders at

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate manpower and equipment arrangements for projects.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans and technical specifications to understand project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare necessary project documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and updates.
• Attend to site issues and liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Regularly follow up on project activities to ensure works are completed as planned.
• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) upon job completion or at project milestones, and follow up with clients on any outstanding DOs.
• Attend project meetings and respond to client enquiries.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with various departments, including Procurement, HR and Administration, on operational matters.
• Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure compliance with project requirements and schedules.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
