Job summary

RSKV Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Construction Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate and monitor daily project activities to meet schedules and operational needs.

You will work closely with clients, main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams, attending coordination and progress meetings and ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding matters.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor day-to-day construction project activities to ensure works are carried out according to project schedules and operational requirements.
• Coordinate and allocate manpower, equipment, vehicles, materials and other resources required for project operations.
• Monitor site progress and work schedules, identify delays or operational issues, and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions with the relevant project personnel.
• Coordinate closely with clients, main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams on daily project requirements.
• Attend project coordination meetings, site meetings and progress meetings, and follow up on outstanding project matters.
• Supervise and coordinate project personnel and subcontractors to ensure work activities are carried out efficiently and according to project requirements.
