Job summary

Jirui Electronics Technology is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage manpower and equipment for projects in Singapore. You will read and interpret construction drawings and specs to understand requirements, monitor progress, and prepare documentation and progress reports.

You will liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction. The role requires coordinating with Procurement, HR and Administration, attending meetings, and resolving

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate manpower and equipment arrangements for projects.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans and technical specifications to understand project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare necessary project documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare regular project progress reports and updates.
• Attend to site issues and liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Regularly follow up on project activities to ensure works are completed as planned.
• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) upon job completion or at project milestones, and follow up with clients on any outstanding DOs.
• Attend project meetings and respond to client enquiries.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with various departments, including Procurement, HR and Administration, on operational matters.
• Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure compliance with project requirements and schedules.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
