Job summary

PRAISE TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated project coordinator/manager to oversee multiple projects from planning to execution on site in Singapore.

You will supervise all site work, coordinate material logistics and ensure schedules are met through effective liaison with sub-contractors and the main contractor. Ideal candidates will have strong project management and budget control experience, with excellent communication skills and the ability to update stakeholders with clear

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, coordination and budget control.
• Handling submissions to relevant authorities/landlords.
• Strong reporting and progress update capabilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• In all aspect of project follow up such as material planning, logistic and transportation coordination etc.
• Supervise and monitor all site work.
• Liaise, prepare and coordinate project schedule with sub-contractors and ensure work progress meet schedule.

• Updating and report on project progress.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure and tight project timeline.
