Job summary

hui da construction pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee manufacturing and construction projects from initiation to completion.

You will develop schedules, budgets, resource plans and milestones to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, production teams and site personnel to achieve project objectives, monitor progress, safety, quality and costs, review drawings and plans, manage procurement, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing and/or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, production processes, construction operations, quality management, and resource planning.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, production planning, and construction methodologies.
• Good understanding of workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software; knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in façade, aluminium, curtain wall, or building products manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate project teams to achieve quality, productivity, and project performance targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
