Job summary

BLUEOCEAN WORKFORCE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from planning to completion in Singapore.

You will manage schedules, budgets, manpower, and resources, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure milestones are met and risks addressed. You will review drawings, manage costs and variations, ensure quality and safety compliance, and drive project reporting, handover, and close-out activities across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction/project management, preferably large-scale.
• Proven experience from commencement through handover.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, planning, contracts, cost control, quality.
• Understanding of drawings, specs, schedules, contractual documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with PM tools and MS Office; Primavera P6 or MS Project is an advantage.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) advantageous.
• Experience in major building/civil/infrastructure or M&E projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage handover, testing/commissioning, close-out documents.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in construction/project management, preferably with experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience in managing projects from commencement through completion and handover.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contracts, cost control, and quality management.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and contractual documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge of project management tools and Microsoft Office; experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is an advantage.
• Familiarity with relevant local building regulations, safety requirements, and industry standards.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant construction/project management qualifications will be an advantage.
• Candidates with relevant experience in major building, civil, infrastructure, or M&E projects are preferred.
