Job summary

MSQUARE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee day-to-day construction management of the project in Singapore.

You will plan, coordinate, and monitor progress, participate in design reviews, and ensure safety and environmental control measures at the site. The role requires strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead multi-discipline teams and maintain thorough documentation to keep the project on schedule and within

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings and design reviews as required.
• Conduct progress meetings to manage issues.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.
• Plan, manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
• Monitor and report to management of project progress vs baseline, including issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion and resource requirements.
• Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance.
• Maintain good working relationships with all parties at site such as customers, contractors, vendors, etc to ensure smooth progress of work flow.
• Require to work in a multi-discipline environment to achieve an on-time project completion while maintaining consistent and accurate documentation.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling and costing
