Job summary

HO SIN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation to handover, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.

You will oversee schedules, budgets and resource allocation, monitor site progress and ensure works meet project specifications and safety standards, while reporting progress to management. Five to eight years of relevant experience and strong leadership and communication skills are

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
