Job summary

DIVINE SPACE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager with a background in interior design and/or construction management to oversee all facets of assigned projects from planning through closeout.

You will coordinate design, procurement, construction, scheduling and budgeting while maintaining client satisfaction. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, ensure compliance with industry standards, and communicate effectively with clients, architects, contractors and vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management in interior design or construction.
• Strong organizational and PM skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, contractors, architects and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with risk mitigation.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a background in interior design and/or construction management, as well as experience in project management. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and project closeout.
