Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management or related field.
• Experience in renovation, interior design, construction, or project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage renovation and interior design projects from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, expectations, and timelines.
• Collaborate with designers, contractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor workmanship and progress.
• Identify issues and coordinate timely solutions.

• Provide regular project updates to clients and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage renovation and interior design projects from project commencement to completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, expectations, and timelines.
• Work closely with designers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and work progress.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor workmanship, materials, and overall project progress.
• Identify potential project issues and coordinate timely solutions.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate deliveries, installations, subcontractors, and on-site activities.
• Monitor project costs and ensure works remain within the approved budget.
• Maintain proper project documentation, reports, quotations, and progress records.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and internal management.
• Conduct project handovers and ensure outstanding works or defects are followed up and resolved.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety and site requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Construction, Building, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in renovation, interior design, construction, or project management is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with clients, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
