Job summary

Lxh Construction in Singapore is seeking a capable Construction Project Manager to plan, manage and oversee construction projects from commencement to completion. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution while monitoring progress, budgets and resources to meet schedules and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and all relevant statutory requirements.
• Review project drawings, method statements and work schedules.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
• Resolve site issues and implement effective corrective actions to minimise delays.
• Prepare project reports, documentation and ensure proper record keeping.
• Maintain good communication with all stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
