Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a capable Project Manager (Construction) in Singapore to lead building projects from tender to completion. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities, ensure schedules, costs, and quality targets are met, and drive safety and ISO compliance across site operations.

The role requires a degree recognized by the PE Board of Singapore, construction PM experience, and strong leadership and communication to guide a project team through dynamic

Qualifications

• Minimum degree from university recognised by PE Board of Singapore.
• Relevant experience in project management of building construction.
• Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership to lead a team of project staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proposal and tendering phase and oversee the strategic sequence of the work flow.
• Oversee the entire process and be knowledgeable in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures.
• Coordinate with Client and Consultant Teams to ensure objectives, time schedules and costs are met.
• Coordinate with Government Authorities to ensure submissions, clearances and documentation are in place.
• Provide construction planning directions and coordinate works with sub-contractors, Client and Consultants to progress per schedule.
• Ensure quality of works and compliance with local regulations and ISO system.
• Lead a team to execute, deliver and solve construction issues with innovative approaches.

About the job Project Manager (Construction)

JOB SCOPE

To be able to manage and execute building construction projects which covers:

• Involved in the proposal and tendering phase and overseeing the strategic sequence of the work flow
• Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management relating to all operational and administration procedures
• - Liaising with the Client and Consultant Teams to ensure that project objectives, time schedules and costs are met and controlled
• - Liaising with the relevant Government Authorities to ensure submissions, clearances and all necessary documentation are in place
• Provide the crucial directions in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, Client and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works
• Ensure quality of works is achieved and local building regulations are complied with in addition to the Company’s ISO system
• Lead a team of project staff to execute, deliver and solve construction issues with out of the box approaches

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum relevant degree from university which is recognised by PE Board of Singapore
• Relevant experience in project management of building construction
• Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership to lead a team of project staff
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
• Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certificate
