Job summary

Lead the project team, plan and execute day‑to‑day tasks, manage materials and labour to keep schedules and budgets, and coordinate with main contractor and consultants on design issues. Qualifications

• Recognized diploma and/or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Min. 5 years of project management experience in the building and civil work experience in Singapore.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Possess good leadership qualities.
• Good positive working attitude, self-motivated and responsible

Responsibilities

• Ensure the project is completed within the specified time, budget, and quality standards.
