Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, ideally within interior design works.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects of varying scales and complexity.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality specifications.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and seamless collaboration.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress against project schedules and contractual requirements.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and financial records.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and expectations.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites.
• Resolve conflicts and address issues that arise during the construction process in a professional and timely manner.
