Job summary

SENG JOO HUAT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Manager to coordinate cross-discipline teams on construction projects in Singapore.

You will manage schedules, delegate tasks, resolve on-site issues, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. You will maintain communication plans, handle change requests, adapt schedules to changing conditions, liaise with the Project Director, and pursue new opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction through project handover and post-project

Qualifications

• Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple projects run to ensure synergy.
• Submit project deliverables and ensure quality standards.
• Establish and execute effective project communication plans.
• Facilitate change requests and communicate impacts on schedule and budget.
• Adjust schedule and targets as needed without compromising client expectations.
• Communicate with Project Director to align goals and handover schedule.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
• Obtain customer acceptance of deliverables.
• Manage customer satisfaction during project transition.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful/unsuccessful elements.

3. Good communication skills with clients/IDs/consultants/subcons/vendors etc.
4. Must be able to multi-task and manage several things at one time.
5. Handle stress/pressure and work hard with tight deadlines.
6. Competency in Microsoft applications (E.g Word, Excel etc)
7. Read drawings is a must.
8. Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a proven track record in the construction industry.
