Qualifications

• Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and/or site coordination for building projects.
• Senior position considered for candidates with more experience.
• Strong knowledge in construction management, planning, and contractual matters; lean mindset in cost/resource management.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve goals and deliver milestones.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset focused on strategic objectives.
• Data-driven mindset for improving efficiency via measurement and analysis.
• Experience in aerospace, commercial, institutional, or government projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the project start-up and execution plan, defining targets for time, cost, quality, resources, EHS, and contracts.
• Liaise effectively with clients and consultants on all project matters, including authority submissions, planning, construction, and EHS compliance.
• Lead a team of professional and technical staff in day-to-day planning and execution of works to achieve project objectives.
• Review the master programme, define milestones, and set pull-planning targets to manage site progress.
• Liaise with and manage subcontractors to meet targets in time, cost, quality, and safety.
• Implement and monitor project budgets, and manage all contractual matters.
• Drive adoption of innovative construction methodologies to improve productivity and achieve lean outcomes.
• Foster collaboration among team members and encourage commitment to performance targets.
• Assist the Business Unit Head or Project Director with tendering and proposal activities to secure new projects.
