Job summary

Lian Gay Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning to completion, coordinating engineers, architects and subcontractors.

You will manage budgets, ensure safety standards, and deliver on schedule while maintaining client satisfaction. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Project Manager in construction.
• Deep understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and architects to determine project specifications.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Obtain permits and licenses from authorities.
• Plan construction operations and schedule milestones to meet deadlines.
• Acquire equipment and materials and monitor stocks to address inadequacies.
• Supervise labor and provide guidance as needed.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Materials quantity take-off, drafting works if necessary.
• Determine resources from start to finish within budget.

Job description

• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Obtain permit and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Acquire equipment and materials and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
• Materials quantity take off , Drafting works if necessary
