Job summary

Exponent Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Project Manager to lead corporate office design and build projects from concept to handover, ensuring budget, schedule, quality and client satisfaction. • Minimum 5 years of experience managing corporate office design and build projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and apply building and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in English for coordinating with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate layout plans, design visuals, 3D drawings and product specifications to meet requirements.
• Develop detailed project schedules and prepare quotations and tender submissions.
• Draft, negotiate and manage contracts with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Arrange submission of plans to authorities and coordinate inspections for compliance.
• Prepare and monitor costing reports to control budgets and financial performance.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality workmanship.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients to obtain feedback and resolve issues.

Job Summary

Project Manager responsible for leading projects from design conception through construction to handover, managing budgets, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate layout plans, design visuals, 3D drawings, and product specifications to meet project requirements and client expectations
• Develop detailed project schedules and prepare accurate quotations and tender submissions for client approval
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, including revisions and amendments with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure clear agreements
• Arrange submission of plans to local authorities and coordinate building inspections to maintain regulatory compliance
• Prepare and monitor project costing reports for management approval and control budgets to optimize financial performance
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and uphold high-quality workmanship standards
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients to obtain feedback and resolve project.

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing corporate office design and build projects
• Ability to interpret architectural plans and apply building and safety regulations effectively
• Proven experience leading and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Proficient in spoken and written English to manage communications with English and Mandarin-speaking associates for effective project coordination

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• PMP Certification is an advantage but not essential
