Job summary

OOm Singapore seeks an experienced project manager to provide professional consultation to clients on web development projects, including ecommerce sites. You will meet with clients and internal teams to gather insights and propose solutions that reflect brand objectives.

You will act as the main liaison between clients and designers/developers, manage task lists, and keep stakeholders updated on progress, while supporting QA testing and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience in project management, client-facing roles and events management.
• Knowledge of websites and E-commerce websites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to accomplish tasks with minimal instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation to clients for both E-commerce and non E-commerce web development projects.
• Conduct meetings with client, and internal team members, to gather and propose insightful ideas that meets the overall client’s objective in developing a website that represents their brand and business.
• Responsible for providing support and advising clients on any enhancements to the web projects.
• Act as the main point-of-contact between clients and internal technical team (web designers & web developers) to meet clients’ requirements.
• Maintain a Website task lists and make sure its items are accomplished in a timely manner.
• Communicate with Project Manager, Development Teams and other Department on a regular basis, ensuring tasks are prioritized, organized and scheduled.
• Responsible for providing timely updates on status and progress of web projects
• Assists with Quality Assurance testing of websites.
