Job summary

BUTLER CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee the development of the Project Brief and Business Case.

You will manage expenditure approvals, stage tolerances and ensure funding for approved costs while tracking changes to scope and schedule. You will coordinate marketing planning across channels, liaise with Programme or Corporate Management, and ensure proper archiving of all project documents.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to gain market/client leadership insights and strategic view.
• Ability to communicate with executives, management and staff at all levels.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of the Project Brief and Business Case.

• Approve or reject changes to cost, timescale, or scope beyond tolerances.
• Plan, brief, implement and monitor marketing activity across channels.

• Archive end-of-project documentation and hand off deliverables.
• Perform admin duties related to the role.
• Authorize project continuance or early closure at stage reviews.
• Close the project formally.
• Hold a Post-Project to realise benefits.

• Oversee the development of the Project Brief and Business Case
• Authorise expenditure levels, set stage tolerances and ensure funding for agreed expenditure is available
• Authorise or reject proposed changes to cost or timescale beyond tolerance levels and all proposed changes to scope, checking for possible effects on the Business Case
• Be responsible for the planning, briefing , implementation and monitoring of marketing activity across all major marketing channels, including off the page, online and affiliates
• Liaise with Programme or Corporate Management on progress
• Archive end-of-project documentation (drawings, permits, ) and hand off finished products
• Fulfil all necessary administrational duties relating to the role
• Authorise the project’s continuance or early closure at stage review meetings of the Project Board
• Authorise formal closure of the project
• Hold a Post-Project to ensure benefits are realised
