Job summary

OOm Singapore seeks an experienced project manager to provide professional consultation to clients on web development projects, including ecommerce sites. You will meet with clients and internal teams to gather insights and propose solutions that reflect brand objectives.

You will act as the main liaison between clients and designers/developers, manage task lists, and keep stakeholders updated on progress, while supporting QA testing and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience in project management, client-facing roles and events management.
• Knowledge of websites and E-commerce websites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to accomplish tasks with minimal instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation to clients for web development projects.
• Conduct meetings with clients and internal team to gather insights and propose solutions that meet client objectives.
• Act as the main point-of-contact between clients and internal technical team (web designers & developers).
• Maintain and monitor a website task list to ensure timely completion of items.
• Communicate with Project Manager and Development Teams on progress, prioritization and scheduling.
• Provide timely updates on status and progress of web projects.
• Assist with quality assurance testing of websites.
