DANENG (S) ENERGY-SAVING TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a digital commerce specialist to manage e-commerce platforms, optimize website design, upload products with descriptions, and create promotional materials.

You will drive online traffic, implement marketing campaigns, improve SEO, set up analytics with Google Analytics and Netsuite, and report on performance. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in the relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing an e-commerce site.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML, and Excel.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Netsuite is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage company e-commerce platforms.

• Generate online traffic and process website orders to increase profitability.
• Create campaigns to promote products/services via email, social media, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.
• Maximize SEO rankings and construct SEM campaigns.
• Set up weekly reporting trackers using Google Analytics and Netsuite.
• Compile periodic market analyses and report.
• Address all queries from webstore visitors in a timely and courteous manner.

Responsibilities for this role:

• Manage company e-commerce platforms.
• Optimize website design to improve user experience on websites based on company online strategy
• Handle uploading/updating of products on the website, edit photos / copywrite to ensure products displayed correctly with detailed product information and compelling descriptions together with related product contents
• Create advertising materials for products
• Track site performance and product updates
• Implement online sales and marketing strategies to generate interest and create awareness.
• Generating online traffic and process website order to increase profitability.
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, social media marketing campaigns, retargeting campaigns, and other campaigns, including newsletters for subscribers
• Maximize SEO rankings
• Able to construct SEM campaign and measurement
• Set up weekly reporting trackers using Google Analytics and Netsuite
• Create campaigns to promote the company’s products/services by blasting promotions via email, social media, WhatsApp, Wechat etc.
• Compile periodic market analysis and report
• Address all queries from webstore visitors/customers on a timely & courteous

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in the relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing and e-commerce site
• Knowledge of Photoshop, managing online shopping platforms
• Adobe creative suite skills, Excel skills, and basic HTML skills
• Good IT skills
• Must have good knowledge on how E-commerce & M-commerce works
• Prior WordPress experience is an advantage
• 5 Working days 9.00am-6:00pm + weekend alternate half day 9.00am-1.00pm
• Available immediately would be highly preferable.
