Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering professional for on-site projects in Singapore. You will contribute to conceptual and detailed design of M/E/BMS works, assist with project planning and cost control, and coordinate with main contractors for BMS installation.

You will supervise subcontractors and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery. The role requires a Diploma in M/E & E and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with responsibility for documentation,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with BMS installation projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Involve in conceptual and detailed design of Mechanical / Electrical / BMS engineering works.
• Assist Manager in Project Planning, Budget Cost Control and execution of Project.
• Coordinate with Main Con and other contractors for BMS installation work.
• Supervise a group of subcontractors and ensure works meet workmanship standards.
• Prepare site progress reports and necessary project documentation including method statements.
• Ensure timely handover of project while maintaining high quality at optimum cost.
• Ensure installation drawings are accessible at the point of use.
• Resolve technical issues relating to installation, commissioning and testing.
• Responsible for successful project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Involve in conceptual and details design of Mechanical / Electrical / BMS engineering works
• Assist Manager in Project Planning, Budget Cost Control and execution of Project
• Coordinate with Main Con and other contractors for BMS installation work
• Supervise a group of subcontractors and ensure that works are executed within and acceptable standard of workmanship
• Prepare site progress report and necessary project documentation that may include method statement
• Ensure timely handover (delivery) of project while maintaining high quality standard of optimum cost (cost effectiveness)
• Ensure that the relevant installation drawings are accessible at the point of use
• Resolve technical issues relating to installation, commissioning and testing
• Responsibility for the successful completion of the projects and meet customers satisfaction
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Possess 1-3 years of relevant experience
