Job summary

Well Established Company is seeking a maintenance supervisor in Singapore. The role involves planning and coordinating sub-contractor activities for maintenance and project handovers, supervising subcontractors, and planning preventive maintenance.

You will perform routine system checks, backups, troubleshooting, and improvements for BMS/PLC/SCADA systems. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1-2 years of related experience and has knowledge of BMS/PLC/HVAC.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, 1-2 years of experience
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point

Responsibilities

• Plan / assign sub-contractors and manpower for maintenance work and project handover
• Supervise & manage sub-contractors to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine checks, system backups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading/improvement of systems to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA systems
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service reports
• Provide technical/operational guidance and engineering solutions to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
• Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned
