Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a BMS Engineer to join a well-established company in the West of Singapore. You will assist in conceptual and detailed design, coordinate with main contractors, supervise subcontractors, and ensure timely project delivery with quality workmanship.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical / E&E and 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a focus on installation, testing, and commissioning. On-site work and office duties are involved.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• On-site role in the West of Singapore with allowances and bonus may apply.

Responsibilities

• Involve in conceptual and detailed design of Mechanical / Electrical / BMS engineering works.
• Assist Manager in Project Planning, Budget Cost Control and execution of Project.
• Coordinate with Main Contractor and other contractors for BMS installation work.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure works meet workmanship standards.
• Prepare site progress reports and project documentation including method statements.
• Ensure timely handover of projects with cost-effective delivery.
• Access installation drawings at the point of use and resolve technical issues.

• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Involve in conceptual and details design of Mechanical / Electrical / BMS engineering works
• Assist Manager in Project Planning, Budget Cost Control and execution of Project
• Coordinate with Main Con and other contractors for BMS installation work
• Supervise a group of subcontractors and ensure that works are executed within and acceptable standard of workmanship
• Prepare site progress report and necessary project documentation that may include method statement
• Ensure timely handover (delivery) of project while maintaining high quality standard of optimum cost (cost effectiveness)
• Ensure that the relevant installation drawings are accessible at the point of use
• Resolve technical issues relating to installation, commissioning and testing
• Responsibility for the successful completion of the projects and meet customers satisfaction
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Possess 1-3 years of relevant experience
