Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd seeks a Project Engineer (M&E / Construction/ Interior Fit-Out) to manage projects from award to handover at West locations and project sites. You will review drawings, coordinate M&E requirements, and lead installation with diverse teams.

The role requires 3+ years in project engineering, familiarity with kitchen equipment or fit-out projects, and willingness to travel islandwide with after-hours site support. Permanent, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of relevant project engineering experience.
• Experience in kitchen equipment, M&E, construction or fit-out projects is advantageous.
• Able to travel islandwide and support after-hours site requirements when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from contract award to installation and handover.
• Review drawings, specifications and M&E requirements.
• Coordinate equipment delivery and site installation with relevant parties.
• Supervise subcontractors and monitor project progress, quality and safety.
• Resolve technical and site coordination issues.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and rectification works.
• Prepare project reports, variation claims and handover documents.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.

• Position: Project Engineer (M&E / Construction/ Interior Fit-Out)
• Location: West - Kian Teck Way and Project Sites
• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• After-hours site attendance may be required.
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to S$4,500 Basic + Variable Bonus + $400 - $800 Transport Allowance + Annual Leave + Medical Insurance + S$300 Flexible Benefits/Reimbursement
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Commercial Kitchen Equipment / Engineering
