Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator / Project Executive (M&E / Site Coordination) to support the coordination of commercial kitchen equipment projects. You will prepare submissions, RFIs, reports, minutes and delivery documents, and coordinate equipment orders, deliveries and installation schedules.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and willing to travel islandwide.

• Conduct site visits and highlight project delays or operational issues.

Job description

• Position: Project Coordinator / Project Executive (M&E / Site Coordination)

• Location: West – Kian Teck Way and Project Sites Islandwide

• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm

• May be required to attend site matters outside regular hours based on project schedules.

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Monthly Basic Salary Up to S$4,000 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 Days Annual Leave + Medical Insurance + S$300 Flexible Benefits/Reimbursement

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination of commercial kitchen equipment projects.

• Prepare and track submissions, RFIs, reports, minutes and delivery documents.

• Coordinate equipment orders, deliveries and installation schedules.

Requirements:

• At least one year of project coordination experience in construction, M&E, interior fit-out or related sectors.

• Candidates without experience with relevant project or site internship experience may apply.

• Able to coordinate documentation, deliveries, contractors and site activities.

• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable travelling to sites islandwide.
