Project Engineer

Job summary

Internsg in Singapore is seeking a mid-level project engineer to manage construction projects from award to handover. You will review drawings, coordinate M&E/service requirements with design teams, and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors on site and during coordination meetings.

You will plan manpower, supervise installations, ensure safety compliance, oversee testing and commissioning, and prepare handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building or Facilities Eng, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ project execution experience in construction, M&E, interior fit-out or commercial kitchen equipment.
• Able to read and interpret architectural and M&E drawings.
• Familiar with Singapore site practices and WSH regulations.
• CSOC certificate required; BCSS an advantage.
• Willing to work outside office hours if required.
• Class 3 driving license preferred.

Job Requirements

• Valid Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) certificate. Those with Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) has an advantage.
• Willing to work outside office hours due to project schedules if required.
• Preferably with Class 3 driving license.
