Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator (Construction/Interior Fit-Out) to support commercial kitchen equipment projects, coordinating documentation, submissions, RFIs, reports, minutes and delivery documents.

You will arrange site access, permits, coordinate equipment orders and installation schedules, maintain project schedules and progress updates, and assist with variation quotations and billing. This role is on-site across West Singapore and project sites islandwide.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Building, Project Management or related discipline.
• 1+ year of project coordination experience in construction/ME/interior fit-out or related sectors.
• Willingness to travel islandwide and coordinate documentation, deliveries and site activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of commercial kitchen equipment projects.
• Prepare and track submissions, RFIs, reports, minutes and delivery documents.
• Coordinate equipment orders, deliveries and installation schedules.
• Arrange site access, permits and worker passes with contractors and site teams.
• Maintain project schedules, records and progress updates.
• Prepare safety, testing and handover documents, including O&M manuals.
• Assist with variation quotations, progress claims and billing documents.
• Conduct site visits and highlight project delays or operational issues.

• Position: Project Coordinator (Construction/Interior Fit-Out)
• Location: West – Kian Teck Way and Project Sites Islandwide
• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Monthly Basic Salary Up to S$4,000 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 Days Annual Leave + Medical Insurance + S$300 Flexible Benefits/Reimbursement

• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable travelling to sites islandwide.
