Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd invites applications for a Project Engineer (M&E / Commercial Kitchen Equipment) to oversee projects from contract award to handover at West – Kian Teck Way and project sites.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience; travel islandwide and after-hours site support may be needed. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant project engineering experience.
• Experience with kitchen equipment, M&E, construction or fit-out projects is advantageous.
• Able to interpret architectural, M&E and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from contract award to installation and handover.
• Review drawings, specifications and M&E requirements.
• Coordinate equipment delivery and site installation with relevant parties.
• Supervise subcontractors and monitor project progress, quality and safety.
• Resolve technical and site coordination issues.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and rectification works.
• Prepare project reports, variation claims and handover documents.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.

Job description

• Position: Project Engineer (M&E / Commercial Kitchen Equipment)

• Location: West – Kian Teck Way and Project Sites

• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm

• After-hours site attendance may be required.

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to S$4,500 Basic + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 Days Annual Leave + Medical Insurance + S$300 Flexible Benefits/Reimbursement
