Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator / Project Executive (M&E / Site Coordination) in Singapore to support the coordination of commercial kitchen equipment projects and manage submissions, deliveries, and installation schedules. This permanent role requires a Diploma in Engineering or related field and at least 1 year of project coordination experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Building, Project Management or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of project coordination experience in construction, M&E, interior fit-out or related sectors.
• Able to coordinate documentation, deliveries, contractors and site activities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites islandwide.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of commercial kitchen equipment projects.
• Prepare and track submissions, RFIs, reports, minutes and delivery documents.
• Coordinate equipment orders, deliveries and installation schedules.
• Arrange site access, permits and worker passes with contractors and site teams.
• Maintain project schedules, records and progress updates.
• Prepare safety, testing and handover documents, including O&M manuals.
• Assist with variation quotations, progress claims and billing documents.
• Conduct site visits and highlight project delays or operational issues.

Job description

• Position: Project Coordinator / Project Executive (M&E / Site Coordination)

• Location: West – Kian Teck Way and Project Sites Islandwide

• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm

• May be required to attend site matters outside regular hours based on project schedules.

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Monthly Basic Salary Up to S$4,000 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 Days Annual Leave + Medical Insurance + S$300 Flexible Benefits/Reimbursement

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination of commercial kitchen equipment projects.

• Prepare and track submissions, RFIs, reports, minutes and delivery documents.

• Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable travelling to sites islandwide.
