Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator for Commercial Kitchen Equipment / M&E to support multiple site projects across islandwide locations. The role involves handling project coordination, documentation, orders, deliveries and installation schedules, with emphasis on site access and permit arrangements.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma in engineering/building/PM and has at least 1 year of relevant experience; travel to sites islandwide is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Building, Project Management or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of project coordination experience in construction, M&E, interior fit-out or related sectors.
• Candidates with internship/site exposure are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of commercial kitchen equipment projects.
• Prepare and track submissions, RFIs, reports, minutes and delivery documents.
• Coordinate equipment orders, deliveries and installation schedules.
• Arrange site access, permits and worker passes with contractors and site teams.
• Maintain project schedules, records and progress updates.
• Prepare safety, testing and handover documents, including O&M manuals.
• Assist with variation quotations, progress claims and billing documents.
• Conduct site visits and highlight project delays or operational issues.

Job description

• Position: Project Coordinator (Commercial Kitchen Equipment / M&E)

• Location: West – Kian Teck Way and Project Sites Islandwide

• Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm

• May be required to attend site matters outside regular hours based on project schedules.

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Monthly Basic Salary Up to S$4,000 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 Days Annual Leave + Medical Insurance + S$300 Flexible Benefits/Reimbursement

• Support the coordination of commercial kitchen equipment projects.
