Job summary
Search Personnel Pte Ltd invites applications for a Project Engineer (M&E / Commercial Kitchen Equipment) to oversee projects from contract award to handover at West – Kian Teck Way and project sites.
The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience; travel islandwide and after-hours site support may be needed. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering.
- 3+ years of relevant project engineering experience.
- Experience with kitchen equipment, M&E, construction or fit-out projects is advantageous.
- Able to interpret architectural, M&E and technical drawings.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from contract award to installation and handover.
- Review drawings, specifications and M&E requirements.
- Coordinate equipment delivery and site installation with relevant parties.
- Supervise subcontractors and monitor project progress, quality and safety.
- Resolve technical and site coordination issues.
- Oversee testing, commissioning and rectification works.
- Prepare project reports, variation claims and handover documents.
- Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.
