Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Controls Project Manager (BMS) to lead and mentor a team of engineers in project phases from validation to implementation. The role includes managing project specifications, improving team productivity, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant engineering experience, and knowledge of BMS and industrial system protocols. This is a permanent position in Boon Lay with an attractive salary package.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of engineering experience with building management systems (BMS).
• Experience in handling energy management systems/HVAC systems/Chiller Plant systems will be a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial system protocols like BACnet, Modbus, LONTalk will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers throughout all project phases.

• Ensure accurate programming of devices according to project specifications.

• Working Location: Boon Lay
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $8,000 + Transport Allowance + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring they provide strong engineering support throughout all phases of the project, from validation to implementation
• Continuously identify and implement ways to improve the team's productivity, skills, and technical capabilities
• Oversee and ensure accurate programming of devices and the creation of required graphics according to project specifications and timelines
• Provide expert advice and support to the project team during the testing and commissioning of system equipment to ensure smooth and successful system integration
• Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams, to address technical queries.
• Ensure all engineering work adheres to industry standards, company policies, and safety requirements
