Statement Of Purpose
To be the company representative and liaise with the Clients, Consultants, relevant authorities and residents as well as to manage and co-ordinate the Project effectively.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
(A) Specific :
- Coordinate project works and manage the daily site operations.
- Plan and discuss with sub-contractors on project execution including implementation.
- Manage and supervise project works as well as oversee all workers to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship.
- Execute project works based on the drawing / specification.
- Put in place a system to display / update / serve notice to residents.
- Put in place a system to swiftly / response and resolve any clients / or residents\' complaints \' feedbacks.
- Attend site / project meeting.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with clients, Consultants, Vendors, all stakeholders on all project matters.
- Track work progress and submit progress reports as require by Client and Consultants, so as to ensure that the projects are executed on time.
- Monitor project cost including sub con claim and variation works.
(B) General :
- Coordinator and work with other departments and vendors.
- Ensure all Quality Documents is implemented and maintained on site.
- Maintain all projects Documents / test reports for the projects.
- Engage in Project work and ensure successful completion as well as hand over of projects to the clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with Clients / Consultants / Vendors / all Stakeholders.
- Prepare, review and enforce the risk assessment plan with the assistance of the WSH coordinator.
- Ensure the well-being of all working on site.
- Other duties as assigned.
(C) Safety :
- Follow the Company safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.
Job Requirements
(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :
- Degree or Diploma in Civil / Structural / Building / Construction Management or any other discipline related to building construction.
(B) Knowledge & Skills :
- Good Communication skills (Verbal and Written).
- PC literate and knowledge in MS Office (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Project etc.)
- Positive and good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- A good team player, strong in Persuasion, Service Oriented, Client Relationship and People Management.
- Preferably possess Class 3 driving license.
(C) Experience :
- Preferably with relevant working experience in Building Construction Industry or Town Council project.
