Job summary

FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Civil Engineering professional to support project supervision on residential, government, and commercial building projects.

You will review specifications, assist the Project/Construction Manager, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and documentation, and ensure works conform to drawings, specs, and safety requirements. This role requires a recognized Civil Engineering degree, at least 2 years of field experience, knowledge of

Qualifications

• Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in public/private residential, government and commercial building projects.
• Possess technical knowledge related to structural, architectural (finishing) or M&E works.
• Candidates with a passion to work in construction industry are welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent team player with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, authority requirements, technical submissions, and construction drawings.
• Assist the Project / Construction Manager in the day-to-day supervision of site works, ensuring works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to achieve quality standards, smooth workflow, and timely project completion.
• Plan, monitor, and update construction schedules, material procurement, and site activities to meet project milestones.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, progress reports, and handover documentation.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities on design, construction, and quality matters.
• Coordinate closely with Structural, Architectural, M&E, and BIM teams to resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Perform QA/QC duties for assigned works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and MOM requirements on site, including safety inspections and implementation of safe work practices.
• Support cost control, variation works, and contract administration where required.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Mon to Fri 8am - 5pm
