Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to support project supervision and coordination on various building projects in Singapore. Duties & Responsibilities:
Review project specifications, authority requirements, technical submissions, and construction drawings.
Assist the Project / Construction Manager in the day-to-day supervision of site works, ensuring works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to achieve quality standards, smooth workflow, and timely project completion.
Plan, monitor, and update construction schedules, material procurement, and site activities to meet project milestones.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, progress reports, and handover documentation.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities on design, construction, and quality matters.
Coordinate closely with Structural, Architectural, M&E, and BIM teams to resolve technical and coordination issues.
Perform QA/QC duties for assigned works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and MOM requirements on site, including safety inspections and implementation of safe work practices.
Support cost control, variation works, and contract administration where required.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the public and private residential, government and commercial building projects.
Possess technical knowledge related to structural, architectural (finishing) or M&E works.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent team player with ability to meet tight deadlines.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 8am - 5pm
Alternate Sat 8am - 5pm
