Job summary

SYSPEX Technologies Pte. Ltd. seeks a qualified Project Engineer/Coordinator to oversee execution of warehousing and mechanical-electrical installation projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate kick-offs, monitor progress, manage costs, and ensure safety and quality across all activities. The role requires hands-on experience with warehousing solutions, technical reading of 2D drawings, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics).
• Hands on Warehousing solutions experience including industrial doors and loading dock systems.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mechanical & electrical installation and troubleshooting.
• Able to read mechanical 2D drawings and simple hydraulic/pneumatic and electrical circuits.
• Responsible and reliable and a team player, able to blend in with any groups and work successfully as part of a team.
• Self-driven with positive working attitude and safety mindset.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possesses Singapore Class 3 Drivers’ License, preferably with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality requirements.
• Conduct project kick-off, progress, and coordination meetings to align project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work procedures, risk assessments, progress reports, and handover records.
• Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and project costs, and provide regular updates on project performance.
• Review project requirements, schedules, materials, equipment, and manpower planning to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, customers, and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and expertise for product installation, maintenance, and repair services.
• Support the Sales team by providing technical consultation and responding to customer technical inquiries.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
