Job summary

L.S.LEE TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist the Project Team in coordinating and managing projects to ensure they run on schedule and budget.

The role involves supervising site mechanical and structures installation, testing and commissioning, preparing safe work procedures, risk assessments, and engineering drawings. Candidates with 1–2 years of mechanical project experience and AutoCAD proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of mechanical project experience preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD 2D/3D for mechanical piping drawings.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
• Willing to work in Tuas area.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Team in project coordination and management to ensure projects are executed within schedule and budget.
• Supervise site mechanical and structural installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Prepare project documents such as safe work procedures, risk assessments, engineering drawings and quality records.
• Ensure site equipment and tools are safe and in good working condition and maintained.
• Perform safety site walks and report abnormalities or unsafe practices to the Project Team.
• Plan and coordinate workers' and subcontractors' deployment and activities.
• Procurement of project materials and follow up on deliveries.
• Any other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

• Purchasingof project materials and follow up on deliveries;
• Anyother duties as and when assigned by immediate superior.

Requirement

• Candidatesmust possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering or itsequivalent;
• Minimum1-2 years of experience in mechanical related project preferred;
• Preferablywith experience in AutoCAD 2D/3D software for mechanical piping drawing;
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project);
• Must be comfortable to work in engineering/ construction environment;
• Willing to work in Tuas area.
