Job summary

Delton Marine Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to support marine projects from initiation to completion.

You will engage in marketing activities, handle enquiries and tenders, and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality. The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field, strong communication, analytical mindset, and 2D AutoCAD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Relevant Field.
• Experience in project coordination.
• Analytical and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• 2D AutoCAD skill is required; additional AutoCAD skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in marketing activities: exhibitions, networking events, conferences and customer visits.
• Handle project enquiries and tenders: prepare and submit proposals.
• Follow up with customers on project enquiries, quotations and commercial negotiations.
• Project planning and initiation: define project scope and initiate orders to suppliers and internal team.
• Monitor project execution: ensure quality, cost and time targets are met.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers, suppliers and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Provide technical support by preparing engineering drawings, datasheets and documents.
• Identify and manage project risks throughout the timeline.
• Attend on-site activities: testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Handle after-sales services such as warranty claims and servicing.

• Manage & identify project risks by addressing any potential issues throughout the project timeline.
• Attend on-site activities, including testing, commissioning & troubleshooting works.
• Handle after sales services such as warranty claims, equipment issues & servicing supports.
• Oversee & manage projects from initiation to completion.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Relevant Field
