Job summary

MODELLSCAPE (S) PTE LTD seeks an Executive, Operations (Events, Exhibitions, Conferences) to support on-site execution and coordination for diverse projects. You will work closely with sales teams, suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results across events.

The role requires reading site drawings, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across multiple projects. Travel may be required; a team-oriented mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the exhibition/construction/interior industries will be an added advantage.
• Able to read site drawings is a must.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well versed with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
• Able to multi-task, manage various projects and deliver high quality work.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales teams in implementing projects on-site.
• Source for quotes on procurement of required materials.
• Cost negotiation with suppliers.
• Liaise with clients for required materials (i.e. artwork).
• Monitor and coordinate with suppliers on work specifications and clients’ requirements.
• Conduct checks on fabrication quality for pre-site arrangement.
• On-site client servicing and supervision of suppliers.
• Assist department in any other matters when necessary.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant trade.
