Job summary

MODELLSCAPE (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive, Operations to support events, exhibitions and conferences. You will assist sales teams on-site, liaise with suppliers, and monitor materials and fabrication quality for pre-site arrangements.

The role requires reading site drawings, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring high standards across multiple projects. Travel overseas may be required; you should work well independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in exhibition/construction/interior industries is a plus.
• Able to read site drawings.
• Willing to travel overseas.
• 2+ years in relevant trade.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales teams in implementing projects on-site.
• Source quotes for procurement of required materials.
• Negotiate costs with suppliers.
• Liaise with clients for required materials (artwork).
• Monitor and coordinate with suppliers on work specs and client requirements.
• Conduct checks on fabrication quality for pre-site arrangement.
• On-site client servicing and supervision of suppliers.
• Assist department in other matters as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales teams in implementing projects on-site
• Source for quotes on procurement of required materials
• Cost negotiation with suppliers
• Liaise with clients for required materials (i.e. artwork)
• Monitor and coordinate with suppliers on work specifications and clients’ requirements
• Conduct checks on fabrication quality for pre-site arrangement
• On-site client servicing and supervision of suppliers
• Assist department in any other matters when necessary

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the exhibition/construction/interior industries will be an added advantage
• Able to read site drawings is a must
• Passionate, dedicated, detailed & perfectionist
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well versed with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
• Able to multi-task, manage various projects and deliver high quality work
• Overseas travel may be required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant trade.
