The role involves monitoring progress, resource allocation, and assisting the project manager to maintain schedules and safety compliance. You will perform testing and commissioning, coordinate with main contractors and sub-contractors, prepare progress claims monthly, and chase payments

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site coordination with main contractor and subcontractors.
• Prepare, plan and request site inspections with main contractor or RTO.
• Monitor and request equipment, material deliveries and purchase materials.
• Assist project manager to oversee project progress, manpower and schedule.
• Attend safety meetings and ensure compliance with WSH standards.

Good Evening all ............. Filing and recording of project documentation. Manage the workers and supervisors and drive lorry send workers and materials to site sometimes. Handle projects and prepare progress claims every month. Ensure the allocation of resources as planned and submit daily work progress and manpower forecast report. Assist project manager to oversee overall project progress, manpower and monitor project schedule. Able to carry out testing & commissioning and basic troubling shooting of the system. Day to day site co-ordinations with main con, sub-contractors. Prepare, plan and request site inspection with main con or RTO. Monitor and request for equipment, material delivery.and Purchase materials. Ensure equipment, material and site work compliance to specifications. Attend technical meeting, daily site progress meeting and safety meetings. Knowledge and adherence of WSH standard. Manage accounts and chase customers for payment. Thank you
